TGC PRODIGY: August 3-7

Prodigy camp at the Bloomington Ice Garden kicked off this morning. A full camp of eager up and coming high school age netminders kicked off the first day of the week with some dryland training to work on strength, endurance, fitness, flexibility, agility, and balance. The staff is excited to be back in Bloomington for the second time this summer to continue to help our goalies make minor adjustments to improve positioning, rebound control, post-save recovery, and the goaltender's ability to read plays. With three hours of on-ice high intensity training at a 2:1 ratio, we know that our TGC goalies will get the most out of this weeks prodigy training and we are looking forward to another great week in Bloomington, Minnesota. Let's GO FOR IT!
