Sunday Skills Session to kick off this week!

Sunday, September 13 will officially kick off the year with TGC Sunday Skills Sessions at Shattuck-St. Mary's School in Faribault, MN. These hour and a half long sessions focus on all aspects of goaltending and run from 7:15-8:45am. From the start of practice we work on our skating, edgework, and balance. Movements and recoveries are a major focus as we believe that repetition of proper movement and recovery technique lead to muscle memory, making this second nature to our goalies. TGC will push you to pay attention to detail while allowing you to develop your own personal style. Detail in your movements, skill set, mental approach, positioning, and rebound placement. Join Coach Des and the TGC staff bright and early. We GO FOR IT before other goalies are even awake.
